surprising foods that improve your brain "Coconut water".
Oh yeah, I love coconut water! And it's more popular than ever these days, and widely available in most corner stores. Coconut water is a great source of potassium and has no sodium, which helps to balance the potassium to sodium ratio in your body. Most people eat too much sodium and when this balance is out of whack, it can affect your brain function. Also, coconut water only has a little bit of natural sugar and calories --about 1/4 the amount of sugar compared to soda pop.

That Sucks
Meeting with UNICEF was a success, after all it was planned to be of success, but am not so happy with the turn out from AusAid, sucks that the person responsible for the meeting was sick and we have been referred to another who was not informed about the meeting with her sick work mate. But we sure should try some other possibilities, I wish that project to its granted existences. :) wish you luck.

Vanuatu citizenship case against Samoan and Tongan dropped
Why the fuck are they in country,
That Samoan and the Tongan, I bet thats because they island are so small, and they have very big asses, that would be why they need space to park their asses, such corrupt bastards, if they like it here so much why can't they gain citizenship like every one else. Go through all procedure, this is a peaceful country and God does not mean we have to treat others as special guest to show good country reputation. "FUKC DHAT".
