Evil deed

I could not remember the most evil deed that I have done, but there is one that keeps haunting me and I would not or have never manage to erase that one. Is there any body out there who thinks they can discover ways to get reed of what I have been keeping in myself for so long now, am sure there is always help around, but am straggling to find the correct person or thing to shear this with instead keeping it in, may be soon enough I shall have time o discover what is necessarily and appropriate to be done.
